1. Thailand

It is estimated that Thailand's annual rubber production is 4,305,069 metric tons, accounting for about 35.6% of global production.

2. Indonesia

China's annual rubber production is 864,806 million metric tons, accounting for 8.5% of global production.

6. Vietnam

VietNam is one of the largest rubber producers and a major exporter of latex. Vietnam has more than 910,500 hectares of rubber tree plantations, most of which are exported. The Central Highlands and southeastern regions of Vietnam are home to plantations, and Gia Lai is a major rubber producer. China is Vietnam's main rubber export destination, accounting for 40% of latex exports. Vietnam's annual rubber production is 789,635 metric tons, accounting for 7% of global production.

7. Philippines

The Philippines has about 4 million acres of rubber plantations, and investors have poured about $30 million into the Philippine rubber industry. 8. Cote d 'Ivoire

Cote d'Ivoire is famous not only for its cocoa production, but also as a major producer of rubber. There are about 150,000 rubber farmers in Cote d 'Ivoire and about 520,000 hectares of rubber plantations, with large plantations covering 50,080 hectares. Some of the main producing areas are Retalhuleu, Suchitepequez, Northern Transversal Strip, Alta Verapaz and Izabal. The annual production of rubber in Guatemala is about 356,392 metric tons.

10. Brazil

Brazil was one of the pioneers of rubber production in the mid-19th century, and it is believed that rubber trees originated in South America, especially Brazil. In the 19th century, Brazil was the world's leading rubber producer and dominated the world rubber market. However, a fungus called Microcyclus ulei infected the rubber trees and destroyed most of the plantations, and heavy rains in the Amazon drowned most of the rubber trees. This led to a significant decline in latex production, and other countries began to outstrip Brazil in rubber production. Since then, Brazil has begun to plant rubber trees and in a few decades will become the largest rubber producer and gradually return to growth. Plantations are mainly found in the states of Sao Paulo, Mato Grosso, Natex, Xapuri, Seringal Veneza, Rio de Janeiro and Feijo.
